BFTF is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving mental well-being, nurturing resilience, and fostering peaceful communities. We provide support services, education, and community programs to promote mental wellness and reduce stigma.
BFTF was founded to address the growing need for accessible mental health support, reduce stigma around mental wellness, and foster peaceful, resilient communities through education, advocacy, and community-based programs.
Our services are available to everyone regardless of age, background, or circumstances. We particularly focus on reaching individuals and communities who face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services.
Most of our core services are provided free of charge thanks to the generous support of our donors and partners. Some specialized programs may have minimal fees on a sliding scale based on ability to pay.

Programs & Services

To join a support group, simply contact us through our Contact page or email us directly. We'll match you with a group that fits your needs and provide information about meeting schedules and formats (in-person or virtual).

Volunteering Opportunities
To become a volunteer, visit our Get Involved page and complete the volunteer application form. We'll review your interests and skills, then match you with suitable opportunities.

Donations & Funding
